## What this licence does *not* cover

A licence can only grant what the licensor owns.

**Drummond MF, Sculpher MJ, Claxton K, Stoddart GL, Torrance GW.** *Methods for the Economic Evaluation of Health Care Programmes*, 4th ed. (Oxford University Press, 2015) is a copyrighted work. This repository follows its concepts and chapter structure and cites it throughout, but **reproduces no text, figure or table from it**. Every diagram, table and worked example here was built from scratch using published Indian data. To reproduce something from the book itself, request permission from Oxford University Press.

**Cited journal articles** remain the copyright of their authors and publishers. Only short factual findings — an ICER, a sample size, an effect estimate — are quoted, always with a full citation and PMID. Read the originals; the reading list links to all of them. Several are open access under Creative Commons licences, but terms vary, so check the specific article before reusing its figures.

**Government of India material** (e.g. Press Information Bureau releases) is cited as a source of fact and is subject to its own terms of use.
